I know its been a while since a post, about 2 weeks precisely actually. So I have been very busy the last 2 weeks. I have been playing a lot of Destiny, and as of today that’s going to be a little bit of a stand still because Sunset Overdrive comes out today! I can not wait to get my hands on it and play it, I mean really an insomniac game (Ratchet & Clank Developers) on an Xbox One 0___O . Mind blown all over the place.

I am happy to announce that my 24 HR Extra-Life Gaming Event was a rousing success! I came up a little short on donations, but I was still able to raise and amazing $110 dollars towards the Children’s Miracle Network! I would like to Thank everyone who did donate very much I could not have done it with out you guys, and my amazing Twitch.tv audience who stayed with me throughout the 24 HRs. I am strongly considering in the coming months of doing another Game A-Thon but this time for the amazing Wounded Warrior Project. I will put more details about that as the time rises.

Because of the success and the amount of new followers that I had gained from this event, I have gone and created a Facebook Page dedicated just for The GamerKeith. Yea I am evolving slowly, I wasn’t really sure how much this would take off initially but so fat making good progress, much better then GamerZ R’ We. So I am very excited about that.

I know that content has been very loose lately, but with the Holiday season coming up and games being played left and right, and working a lot, its been a little harder to make content as much as possible. With that being said though I think I may be making some bold moves in the coming month so please stay tuned for brand new Fresh content, and if anything strikes my fancy I will write about it here first.

If you have been following me a couple months ago I had started my Gamer Keith Challenge. It is I take on certain gaming challenges set by myself in a certain time period. While my first challenge was not as much of a success as I had initially had hoped, we must move forward and try try again. So I have signed up for the Extra-Life.org event taking place on October 25th. The event is that for 24 hrs I will be gaming non-stop (Minus the bathroom and stretch break, but I will compensate and add any time that is used for that onto the clock total….Like in a FIFA game). I am all registered and I have my preparations in order.

Now this is where I call upon YOU my loyal followers / bloggers / and Gamers! I am taking donations! My goal is to raise at least $300.00 but I know the gaming community is strong and I am hoping to break that amount. Any amount that you donate will be going to my local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital and any little bit helps. The Children’s Miracle Network Hospital treats thousands of children each year, regardless of their family’s ability to pay. These kids are facing scary stuff like cancer, cystic fibrosis, and injuries from accidents to name just a few. So these kids need a magic weapon that will never ever miss!
